It is not a war against the Egyptian Police

I do not know why some police officers "I feel the majority" feel or believe that the media and people's criticism towards the torture in the police stations is a war against the Police in Egypt , against the whole police force

May be there is more concentration in the media , the independent media not the official one of course on the torture and humiliation incidents where the officers are the main suspects and mostly guilty .

It does not stop at media daily criticism but it goes to the people's opinion , in an episode of "10 PM show" on Dream TV II where they asked the people in the street about the Police and the treatment in the police station; almost 90% of the people spoke negatively about the police ,it was something sorrowful and sad , there is a huge gap

Look this is not a hate case or a war against the Police when we criticize the interior ministry or the police or the police stations,it  is not from the hate but from the care , we want the best for our country ,we won't reach this best status except when we know and correct our mistakes

The police is saying now that the media and we "the bloggers" are ignoring the scarifies of the police officers and how sometimes our security make them lose their lives

I can not deny that there are great scarifies for the police and there are many great men who died in the line of duty for our sake, for the sake of this country

I can not deny that I am both sad and proud about the sacrifice the police presented to this country from two days , the terrible incident where a Solider lost his life and an officer lost his right eye and is still lying in a critical condition in Ain Shams Hospital till this moment "he needs your prayer"  in an ambush in the Cairo-Suez high way

Till now the police could not find the criminals who did the attack , the only thing they know was that it could be some drug dealers who suddenly found themselves in front of police car which came by accidentally

The Solider was just going to finish his service next month and get married in next April where as the officer is only 27 years old

Believe me I felt so sad and also proud , because yesterday in the funeral of the solider in his small village in Damitta 15,000 attended it from the village and the surrounding villages , 15,000 from the same class that suffer bad treatment , 15,000 from the same class that fears to go to a police station ,those 15,000 went today to honor someone they know that he gave his life for them ,for their security

This soldier for me and for them is a martyr who was killed in blessed days just days from Ramadan in the line of duty

My prayers and my heart are with  officer and his family , I was scan0005going to cry yesterday when I saw his mom on the TV , that mix of fear on her son , happiness that he is still life but sad from what happened to him can break any heart , she reminded me with the mother of Mohammed Mamdouh of Shah

Look we speak here about the crimes of some police officers against the people we do not mean to criminalize the police heavens forbid , we speak about these crimes and demand maximum penalty because we fear on our police

We do want not our police to include people like the infamous Islam Nabih but to include people like this young man who lost his life in Sinai year fighting terrorists, this man whom I unfortunately can not remember his name and I am sorry for that ,and this is not the fault of the media or the bloggers who hunt down the police mistakes ,sorry crimes

There is an Arabic proverb which says :

الحسنة تخص و السيئة تعم

The Good is excluded and the bad is pervaded

we want our police to return back as friendly respectful as from 50 years , I will not go like others who are saying that the Egyptian police are bad since the history of dune

We want the motto of the police to return back ,the old motto

"The police is in the service of the people"

Not  like now

"The police is in the service of the ruler"

There is a huge gap between the people and the police and this gap will not be closed by the people , no it will be closed by the interior ministry itself , they should re-build bridges with people to make them feel again that the police is in their service
