Breaking News : Hisham Talaat Mustafa and El-Sokary's papers to grand Mufti

Ok this is too early , but right now it is on all TVs
The Court ruled out death penalty for both Hisham Talaat Mustafa and Mohsen El-Sokary in Suzanne Tamim case.
The court actually ruled out that their papers actually are to be sent to the grand Mufti which means death penalty. There is no appeal but there can be veto ,the lawyers will veto but it scarcely will bring any result in the case of Hisham and Mohsen.
According to my sources in the court nobody expected this rule, Mohsen fainted , Hisham gave his back to the reporters and cameras, the TMG body guards became aggressive with the reporters after the verdict.
More to come
Update No.1
  • From the court
- Mohsen was not the only one who fainted but also Saher Talaat Mustafa, the sister of Hisham had fainted as soon as she heard the verdict.
- The face of Hisham turned in to white as soon as he heard the verdict and he gave his back to the reporters so they would not take his photos.
- His body guards cover the cage and attacked the reporters with the approval of the security officers.
- IF you want to enter the court room ,you have to be either from the families of the accused or rather convicted or have a Pres ID Card.
- The families of Mohsen and Hisham had a nervous breakdown in the court, police officers had to carry them outside
-As soon as the judge said the verdict ,he had to be leave the court room for fear the families' anger.
-  There was a huge chaos or rather a circus there.
- You can see the photos from the court here
- You can  watch the video of the trial here. Mona El-Shazely was there.

- To remind with the case and the trial ,I recommend that you check this link.
I will comment later about the verdict.
Update No.2
  • I recieved information that there are lawyers and specific reporters by names who knew the verdict from yesterday.
  • Farid El-Dib didn't  attend the trial.
  • Mohsen and Hisham arrived at the court from 6 AM
  • Mona El-Shazely wanted to have an exclusive interview with Hisham Talaat Mustafa and before the start of the trial he told her in confidence " Wait after the verdict" , of course after the verdict he did not speak to anyone, I assume that he did not recieve the info some people knew earlier.
Update No.3 :
  • Here is a gallery for the trial today

  3. Sokkari is a mad person and Drug Addict (Heroine) who wanted to die, Kill his Ex-Lover Suzanne Tamim and get revenge from Hisham Talaat at the same time.

Hisham was stupid fell into the Trap and got this sentence.

    How come a Murderer

-Buy The crime weapon using his ID from a famous shop,
-then get in the buildng infront of the cameras and get out also the same way,

leave his cloth with DNA samples,

Record his Voice while talking about the crime and giving it to the police,

Keep the Money at his home and giving it to the Police.

  5. This is case is full of BS! It is all upside downs, no systems at all as usual. Even the situation in the court looks like in a wet market, no law at all!

  6. You don't know whether you should feel sorry for the guy or not. It would have been more honorable if there was transparency of the trial from the start and there was no gaging on reporting. Like this, there will always be doubt on the safety of the verdict which does not serve no one.

  7. Do you know the meaning of "ruled out"? It means dismissed or barred from happening, ie, that the death penalty would not happen. So it was erroneously used in context in the beginning of your blog post. If you had said 'ruled the death penalty' (without 'out', than it would have been OK). ;)

  12. We all agree that killing is one of the big "no" no matter what. this case has more to it than just a death of a lebanese singer. to begin with, I heard Susan tape's that she herself taped talking to Hesham's friend which she was trying to frame Hesham and make herself look like an angel! in the normal regular calls, people do not tape themselves when they talk on the phone unless they want to prove somehing or twist someone's arm!

I think some Egyptian CIA & Secret service work has been performed to take care f some business only God knows what it is!
Gamal Mbarak's name was mentioned because he was a close friend to Hesham and we all know what happened to so many close friends of the Mubarak's family such as Magdy Jacob Nassef,Maher Elgendy,General Ahmed Roshdy, the x-Police Chief, Refaat Almahjoob, the head of he senate,Wageh Abaza, Kamal Elshazly,Kamal Elganzoury, Atef Ebed,Ali Lotfy, Mostafa Alfeky, Abd lsalam Elmahjoob and other big names who the Mubarak's got raid of them some way or another.
By the way, all the victims names above have big full first page cover story and all Egyptians know it well. I woner who is going to be framed next! Ayman Noor or who!

  13. There is something I cannot stand and that is to order for someone to be killed.
What I like is that each one of us lives his life and goes through a normal death.
So I am against the death penalty.
This is my opinion whether it is Hisham Talaat or someone else. I am not defending the person.

I believe we do not have the right to take the life out of anyone, wether in court or not.

If I need to analyze this case I would say Hisham and Succari were sentenced to death after a fair trial I think but Suzanne Tamim was sentenced to death without even a trial.

I think everyone has harvested the cumulative result of his actions.

    May GOD rest their souls.

  15. I would love to see the transcript of the trial. Now that the trial is over, the gaging order on reporting should be lifted. Have they questioned any of Hisham's friends during trial, for instance Gamal Mubarak since his name was mentioned. There may be more to the story than what they want you to know.

  16. I do not understand why everyone is so concerned about Hisham. This person has tried killing Suzan on several occasions back in London,so she obviously had the reason to type her phonecalls. He is the man who had his ego hurt by woman who left him and moved on with another man.I knew her personally and her new husband in London.Media cover everything and giving wrong information.I feel so sad about Suzan's life being taken away from her involuntary.Hence,no matter how much money and power Hisham has,he must be punished for his crime of passion as normal person would be in any other circumstances. It is against Islam or any other religion kill or order to kill.
